5. License to User Content

By submitting content (text, images, video, etc.), you grant Ghana News Global a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute that content in any media. You represent you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, software) is the property of Ghana News Global or its licensors and is protected by Ghanaian and international copyright laws. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, or exploited without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may feature content, advertisements, and links from third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party materials. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghana News Global from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably. If this fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in Accra, Ghana. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. The seat of arbitration shall be Accra. The language shall be English.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ghana News Global regarding the Site.
